Lottery Rules

1. Purpose

The 53two Lottery is a Small Society Lottery operated by 53two to raise funds in support of its charitable purposes.

2. Ticket Sales

• Tickets are available only to persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
• The price of each ticket is displayed on the relevant draw page.
• Tickets may only be purchased through the official 53two Lottery website or mobile application.
• A participant may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per draw.

3. Ticket Allocation

• Each ticket purchased is allocated a unique ticket number automatically.
• Ticket numbers are generated using a cryptographically secure random allocation process.
• Ticket numbers cannot be selected or altered by participants.

4. Draw Schedule

• Each draw has a published closing time and draw date.
• Ticket sales close at 11:57 PM on the last day of each month.
• No entries will be accepted after sales have closed.

5. Winning Tickets

• Winning ticket numbers are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator.
• An electronic audit trail is maintained for every draw.
• Once the draw has taken place, the results are final.

6. Prizes

Unless otherwise stated:

• First Prize: 20% of the gross ticket sales for that draw.
• Second Prize: One bottle of Prosecco (or a substitute prize of equal or greater value if unavailable).

Prize details for individual draws will always be published before ticket sales close.

7. Prize Payment

Cash prizes will normally be paid within 14 days of identity verification.

Non-cash prizes must be claimed within 90 days unless otherwise stated.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

Where a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within 28 days, or does not claim their prize within the relevant claim period, the prize may be treated as unclaimed and dealt with in accordance with the 53two Lottery Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

9. Cancellation

If a draw cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, 53two may postpone or cancel the draw.

Where a draw is cancelled before taking place, all ticket purchases for that draw will be refunded.

10. Fraud Prevention

53two reserves the right to:

• refuse ticket sales;
• suspend or close accounts;
• cancel entries obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Rules; and
• withhold prizes pending investigation where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

11. Changes

These Lottery Rules may be updated from time to time to reflect operational improvements or changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
